Shipping & Returns
The MKME Store sells both digital and physical products. The process depends on what you purchased.
Digital products
Eligible downloads are delivered electronically and usually appear in My Account → Downloads after payment is confirmed. License keys or activation details may be shown in your account or sent to the checkout email address.
Physical products
Available shipping methods, costs, and destination restrictions are calculated or shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, and destination processing.
Order changes and address issues
Contact us as soon as possible if an address or order detail is wrong. We cannot guarantee changes after a physical order has entered fulfillment or shipment.
Returns and refunds
Contact us before returning a physical product so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Unless a product page states a different policy or applicable law requires otherwise, physical items should be returned in their original condition with included components. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Because digital products and license keys can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after download, delivery, activation, or use. We will still address duplicate charges, failed delivery, defective files, and rights provided by applicable law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where relevant. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs charges not collected at checkout, unless stated otherwise.
