Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of the MKME Store and purchases from MKME Media. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown before purchase.

Products, pricing, and orders

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and promotions may change. We may correct errors, decline or cancel an order, or limit quantities where reasonably necessary. If payment was captured for an order we cancel, the affected amount will be refunded.

Accounts and accurate information

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information, keeping account credentials secure, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized account use.

Digital products and licenses

Software, downloads, subscriptions, and license keys are licensed—not sold—except where a product page states otherwise. You may use them only within the scope, device limits, term, and other conditions stated for the product. You may not share, resell, publish, bypass, reverse-engineer for circumvention, or use a key to provide unauthorized access to paid content.

Physical products

Physical-product availability, shipping charges, taxes, and delivery options are presented at checkout when applicable. Risk and ownership transfer as required by applicable law and the selected delivery arrangement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, submit malicious content, scrape protected content, or use products unlawfully. We may suspend access where necessary to protect customers, the business, or the service.

Third-party services

Payments, shipping, software platforms, and external links may involve third-party services governed by their own terms. MKME Media is not responsible for an external service outside our reasonable control.

Warranty and liability

Products and services are provided with the warranties expressly stated on the product page and those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKME Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
