X Suite Update: Shared Operations, Real-Time Intelligence, and Full ICS Integration

This release is one of the most significant upgrades to the X Suite to date. It transforms XTOC, XCOM, XINTEL, and XCORE from powerful standalone tools into a coordinated operational system while preserving the local-first, offline-capable model the platform was built on.

XTOC — Command Layer Upgrades

Shared Workspace / TOC Node (New)

  • Introduced governed multi-user workspace with role-based access
  • Audit history for shared actions
  • Controlled shared state across operators
  • Mirror mode remains unchanged for display-only deployments

Federated TOC (New)

  • Site-to-site TOC linking with selectable modes: off / pull / push / bidirectional
  • Explicit conflict detection for diverged nodes
  • Manual pull/push overrides
  • Host-visible federation status

XCORE Watch Integration

  • New bridge subscribes to XCORE SSE alert stream
  • Automatically imports AI-generated alerts as operational packets
  • Runs alongside existing bridges without impacting current flows

ADS-B Enhancements

  • Added support for three source modes:
    • Local SDR helper
    • Existing feeder (readsb / tar1090)
    • Airplanes.live API
  • Quick source selection UI added
  • Fixed compatibility with Airplanes.live type field parsing

Radio Overlay Fix (Critical)

  • Rebuilt repeater dataset by merging XCOM datasets
  • Expanded to 9,668 records including 314 Canadian repeaters
  • Packet station overlay refreshed

ICS Support (Major Expansion)

  • Native ICS packet support expanded to T=100–181 (82 forms)
  • Full-form JSON transport inside packets
  • ICS packets decoded, summarized, and stored natively
  • Comms UI now supports full ICS selection and rendering

Tactical Map Improvements

  • Added strict bundle validation checks (index.html, launchers, helpers)

XCOM — Field Operations Enhancements

Shared Workspace Client

  • Read-only workspace participation
  • Pulls identity, roster, packets, and SATCOM context
  • No changes to existing mesh/APRS/Reticulum/MANET workflows

Mesh Location Sharing (New)

  • Automated CHECKIN/LOC broadcast over mesh
  • Configurable interval (default 3 minutes)
  • Manual “Send Now” option
  • Broadcast forced to mesh channel (prevents accidental DM routing)

Secure Location Sharing

  • Added SECURE mode using XTOC team keys
  • Payload encrypted while preserving packet routing header
  • Status indicator shows CLEAR / SECURE KID state

D-STAR Transport
