The Problem

The Idea
XTOC (Tactical Operations Center) was built around one core idea:
Information should move—even when networks don’t.
Instead of relying on cloud-first systems, XTOC is designed to operate in degraded environments:

The Build
XTOC started as a simple concept: a shared operational board.
It quickly evolved into a full system:
- Live activity feed (like a tactical Slack)
- Map overlays and tracking
- Drone ISR integration
- Digital ICS-style workflows
- Custom packet transport systems
Every feature had to answer one question:
“Does this still work when the network doesn’t?”
Where It’s Going
XTOC is evolving into a complete field command ecosystem:
- Integration with radio systems (JS8Call, FLDIGI, etc.)
- Offline data sync via QR / mesh
- Sensor and ISR ingestion
- Full tactical comms integration with XCOM
